Landlord & Tenant Fee Earner (Real Estate) – Solicitor

Join our award-winning Real Estate team, ranked in Tier 2 of the Legal 500, and develop your legal career with a firm that prides itself on providing long-term support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with 1-3 years+ PQE specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across all sectors and values, including general acquisition and disposal work.
  • Handle a varied caseload, advising on acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management and regearing issues, rent reviews, property refinancing, and the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales, and reorganisations.
  • Work independently on complex and specialised matters, as well as collaboratively alongside our dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals.
  • Support existing caseloads and actively contribute to business development initiatives to cultivate new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2/3 years+ PQE in Real Estate, specialising in Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Strong focus on marketing and networking for business development.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • An existing following would be highly favourable.
