Landlord & Tenant Solicitor (Real Estate)

An award-winning Real Estate team, listed in Tier 2 of the Legal 500 and recognised as a Times Best Law Firm in 2023 and 2024, is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Director with 5+ years PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career within a firm known for its commitment to growth, fostering strong relationships, and providing full-service legal guidance.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across various sectors.
  • Handle a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, relocations, lease management, rent reviews, property refinancing, and the property aspects of business acquisitions and reorganisations.
  • Work independently on complex and specialised matters, as well as collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals.
  • Engage in marketing and networking activities to support business development and cultivate new client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in Real Estate with a specialism in Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A strong focus on marketing and networking for business development.
  • An existing following would be highly favourable.
