Join our award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm known for our commitment to growth and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate lawyer, specialising in development, to make a tangible impact within our dynamic development team as a Partner.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a comprehensive caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client service.
- Provide strategic advice on development-related legal issues and offer practical solutions.
- Lead business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.
- 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development or/and Landlord & Tenant.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations.
- A client-focused approach, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the capability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
