Join our award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm known for our commitment to growth and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate lawyer, specialising in development, to make a tangible impact within our dynamic development team as a Partner.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client service.
  • Provide strategic advice on development-related legal issues and offer practical solutions.
  • Lead business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development or/and Landlord & Tenant.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations.
  • A client-focused approach, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the capability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
