They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their leading property law team. Ideal candidates will be at NQ to 3 years PQE or 5 PLus PQE and bring knowledge and enthusiasm to tackle a wide array of conveyancing cases. The residential property team is one of the largest in the region, working closely with dedicated new build, real estate, and property dispute teams. Fostering a culture that promotes collaboration, mentorship, and growth, with regular training and continuous learning.

  • Manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases of properties, remortgages, lease extensions, and shared ownership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage providers, and property developers.
  • Work closely with colleagues in new build, real estate, and dispute teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Offer practical, client-focused advice, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Stay updated on conveyancing law and regulations to provide up-to-date guidance.
