This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Residential Property team in Farnborough. Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support the team handling a high volume of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing local searches against previous records
  • Managing Help to Buy loan redemptions and coordinating with lenders
  • Communicating with clients, sales offices, and developer solicitors, escalating complex inquiries to Fee Earners
  • Verifying mortgage offers, liaising with clients and lenders to address queries
  • Following up with clients for deposits and paperwork, preparing files for exchange
  • Handling post-completion matters, including registrations
  • Conducting search applications and closing abortive files
  • Occasionally generating quotes and initiating files during peak periods
  • Drafting and dispatching documents to buyers’ solicitors for sales

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
