TSR Legal are working with an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm that is experiencing a rapid phase of expansion. Renowned for advising both UK and international businesses and individuals, the firm is committed to providing long-term support to its clients.

The firm are seeking a full-time vacancy for a Legal Secretary within the Private Wealth & Inheritance Department. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a support team dedicated to 14 fee earners, delivering secretarial and administrative excellence to facilitate a focus on legal work and ensure the delivery of efficient, friendly, and professional client service.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including being the initial point of contact for new client enquiries, managing diaries, administering files, witnessing Will signings, undertaking secretarial work with digital dictation, adhering to systems and procedures, as well as handling billing and business development administration.

Candidates must possess exceptional administrative skills, be highly organised, and demonstrate a proactive approach. IT proficiency is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to system developments. Familiarity with anti-money laundering requirements and excellent client service skills are imperative. Strong communication skills are crucial for building rapport and maintaining professionalism. While previous experience in Private Wealth & Inheritance is desirable, legal secretarial experience in other law areas will be considered. A good sense of commercial awareness is also important.
