Corporate & Commercial Legal Secretary

We are looking for a Corporate & Commercial Legal Secretary to play an integral part of our support team in our new Farnborough office.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide general secretarial support including opening files, preparing documents and emails under the fee-earner’s direction.
- Manage client onboarding processes.
- Type up digital dictations.
- Handle diary management tasks such as booking appointments and meetings.
- Perform electronic filing and archiving.
- Produce legal documents from mark-ups, including formatting and cross-referencing.
- Manage invoicing and liaise with the Accounts Department over invoice and other accounting queries.
- Deal with client enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Computer literacy with good keyboard/typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Previous experience of practice management systems, CRM systems, and digital dictation is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high standard of client service.
- Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous legal secretarial experience or an interest in law is highly desirable.
