Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 full serviced law firm which is growing fast. They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Wealth & Inheritance department.
Duties include:
- Providing full secretarial support including digital dictation systems.
- General team administration tasks including photocopying, faxing, filling and scanning.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Arranging meetings.
- Opening files and dealing with all aspects of anti-money laundering, archiving and Will storage.
- Witness Will signing and deal with LPA’s.
- Dealing with billing and accounts administration.
Experienced required:
- At least 2 years + Legal Secretary experience. Ideally in the Private Client department with knowledge of Private Wealth and Inheritance matters.
- Data entry skills is essential with good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of using a case management system.
