It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work are united that they can shape the future together.An excellent opportunity has become available for an Inventory Controller where you will conduct planned & ad-hoc inventory counts for all relevant production materials; investigate discrepancies; analyse systems & data; determine & assign root cause; post corrections and report back to business.Verify inventory of production materials used & stored in all areas (Logistics, Assembly, Rework, Wood, Leather, Paint & Bespoke) including those for Series and Launch & Bespoke projects. Also, service parts that are held to fulfil Aftersales requirements.Activities form the basis of Inventory Accuracy, PI Counts and Blocked Stock targets and support Parts Availability target.Daily communication with all manufacturing (UR-T) functions, in particular Material Control, Base Data Quality, Supply Chain Quality, Physical Logistics, Assembly, Rework, Wood, Leather & Paint associates up to and including management levelSkills & QualificationsInventory Control / Warehouse Management experience.Understanding of logistical processes & systems (MRP, BoM structures, Kanban etc.).Clear, precise and confident communication skills.Thorough with good attention to detail.Time management and work prioritisation skills.Experience of SAP Inventory / Warehouse Management systems.Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.Basic understanding of engineering drawings and releases.Understanding of manufacturing processes is desirable.5 x GCSE Grades A*-C including Maths & English (or equivalent qualification / relevant professional experience).Benefits:* Competitive hourly rate along with an annual performance related bonus* Hybrid working* Access to a subsidised restaurant* Local retail and restaurant discounts* 35 days annual leave (Including bank holidays)What next?If you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now on .
