M&E Maintenance Shift Engineer

We are seeking an experienced M&E Maintenance Shift Engineer, This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in maintaining the electrical and mechanical systems of Data Centre facilities.

CONTINENTAL SHIFT PATTERN

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform small lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements.
Conduct emergency lighting tests.
Maintain and troubleshoot control panels.
Replace ballast in lighting systems.
Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), including hot and cold readings.
Perform M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
Keep detailed records and maintain log books.
Address basic plumbing issues,
Service pumps and motors.
Maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
Perform water treatment tasks including monitoring tap temperatures, flushing systems, and logging data.

Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical certification.
Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates.
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Multi-skilled across various aspects of M&E maintenance.
