We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for precision and exceptional organisational skills to join our client's expanding Order Management Team.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire order process, from initiation to delivery.

The role will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of the order management process
  • Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding stock availability, order status, returns etc
  • Accurately maintain customer databases
  • Prepare shipping documents, ensuring that all deliveries are running on schedule
  • Liaise with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues
  • Complete any ad-hoc tasks to support the team as required

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Highly organised, working to deadlines
  • Confident IT user, previous experience in SAP would be advantageous
