A fabulous opportunity to play a key part in the growth of this small international business and lead the business in its accreditation and certification.
The Operations Manager will be:
- Supporting the Technical Director with the coordination of complex contracts and managing documentation
- Coordinating the project timelines, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and deadlines are met
- Working with national and international agencies to achieve and maintain product and business accreditation and certification
- Producing financial and management reports for the business
- Communicating with the remotely based Engineers and Consultants
- Attending online and in-person meetings, taking detailed minutes and actioning as needed
- Liaising with external test houses, organising and managing testing timelines.
- An adaptable, resilient candidate with previous operational support experience
- Experience working within an engineering/product related environment would be ideal, but not essential
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently
- The ability to understand and work with complex documents
- An aptitude for picking up technical information
- A proactive approach, keen to suggest improvements
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise own workload
- Strong IT and systems skills.
