Our Farnborough based client has recently secured a large MOD contract and is looking for a versatile Operations Manager to support the Technical Director in running multiple complex projects.
A fabulous opportunity to play a key part in the growth of this small international business and lead the business in its accreditation and certification.

The Operations Manager will be:
  • Supporting the Technical Director with the coordination of complex contracts and managing documentation
  • Coordinating the project timelines, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and deadlines are met
  • Working with national and international agencies to achieve and maintain product and business accreditation and certification
  • Producing financial and management reports for the business
  • Communicating with the remotely based Engineers and Consultants
  • Attending online and in-person meetings, taking detailed minutes and actioning as needed
  • Liaising with external test houses, organising and managing testing timelines.
Were looking for:
  • An adaptable, resilient candidate with previous operational support experience
  • Experience working within an engineering/product related environment would be ideal, but not essential
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently
  • The ability to understand and work with complex documents
  • An aptitude for picking up technical information
  • A proactive approach, keen to suggest improvements
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise own workload
  • Strong IT and systems skills.
This is a full-time role based 5 days a week in the Farnborough office, working 9am to 5pm Mon to Thurs, 9am to 4pm Friday.
