Site Manager
Salary up to 70,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Health Care + Gym Membership
A leading commercial main contractor based near Southampton is seeking to expand its Site Management team with talented and driven individuals.
The company delivers a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects across the UK, including Industrial, Education, Care Homes, and Car Showrooms, with project values ranging from 1M to 6M.
With a busy period ahead, projects are set to start in Chichester, Chiswick, and Farnborough. As a result, the company is looking to hire 3 Site Managers (2 permanent and 1 freelance) to lead and deliver these projects to a high standard.
The Ideal Site Manager:
Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of site management experience with a main contractor, managing projects as the No. 1 Site Manager.
Project Scope: Experience in both new build and refurbishment projects (motor retail experience is a plus but not essential).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of groundworks, steel frame construction, cladding, curtain walling, and high-quality internal fit-outs.
Quality & Compliance: Proven ability to manage quality control and ensure Health & Safety compliance on site.
Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications: CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
