Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting, broad role where you can really get involved and make an impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the UK team, digital agency and the Head Office marketing team in Europe to deliver growth for the UK market through digital campaigns, paid media, organic search, email marketing and social media activity

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the work on e-commerce sales in the UK market, working closely with an external digital growth marketing agency to set and oversee a data-driven marketing strategy
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of the external digital agency to ensure compliance with agreed strategy and KPIs, brand guidelines and best practice
  • Identifying risks and opportunities; proposing tactical changes and amendments to budget accordingly
  • Working alongside external agency to create growth from organic search (SEO). Creating on-page and off-page content creation and optimisation, keyword strategy and link building
  • Creating commercial email marketing newsletters to target customer and prospecting lists
  • Localising and adapting digital marketing assets (including copy and creatives) to execute successful group-wide digital campaigns within the UK market and drive a continuous improvement in campaign performance to support e-commerce sales
  • Performing regular website content updates using CMS platform based on company requirements
  • Managing the brand’s organic presence across social media platforms

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Graduate degree in marketing, e-commerce, or similar and at least three years digital marketing experience
  • Experience and strong understanding of working with B2B companies
  • Strong analytical skills to data-mine insights and act accordingly
  • First-hand use of digital analytics platforms including GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of paid digital media channels, including PPC, SEM, programmatic and paid social
  • Experience of using web content management systems (CMS), SEO rank tracker tools, email marketing software and social media management platforms.
  • Experience of content creation including content writing, creation of organic social material and email marketing
  • Strong written English skills
