We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team at DK Household Brands. We are a premium housewares brand, with a portfolio of distinguished brands including Cole & Mason, Ken Hom, Culinare, Zyliss, Ad Hoc, and Swissmar.


The Marketing & Social Media Manager's role is a critical and integral part of our team. You will contribute to marketing activities that promote Cole & Mason, Culinare, and Ken Hom products and raise awareness of new products, brands, and services through online and offline campaigns and social media platforms.


We are seeking a dynamic and confident individual with a passion for creativity and engagement. This is a full-time hybrid role which offers the flexibility of working two days from home and three days in the office.


Working as part of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of marketing content & collateral: coordinate creation, including photography, footage, graphics, video, copy writing, translations, fact-check and proofreading for new product launch toolkits, catalogues, POS etc.
  • Social media: Driving relevant and engaging content across social media channels; work with external digital agency to agree the audiences, copy and content planning and budget; ensuring brand compliance. Copywriting for social posts.
  • Blog management: coordinate blog on website, schedule new blog posts and liaise with bloggers on new content
  • Influencer marketing: liaise with influencer agency, arrange for product to be sent out to influencers
  • Management of agency relationships to ensure campaigns are delivered to meet objectives, on time and within budget.
  • Building relationships both internally and with key marketing contacts across external organisations.
  • Work with external PR agency to maximise brand exposure in print and digital media
  • Using metrics to track, monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered within the agreed budget and regularly report on budget updates.


Relevant Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient copywriting skills.
  • Independent and leadership-driven.
  • Experience with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator/Canva (preferred).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media publishing and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional marketing department.
