Position Maintenance Supervisor

Salary£43,000 - £46,000 per annum - Dependant on Experience

Location Farnborough ( Static Site )

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

OVERVIEW

This is a working site supervisors position where you will be required to look after the day to day running of a professional commercial office environment. Including people management / Delegation / being hands on with plant and equipment on site. This is a client facing role also, so you would be expected to liaise with the on site client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure PPMs are delivered on time and efficiently
• Liaising with operations and administrative staff
• Call out Rota is compulsory
• Supervisory of a small team
• Undertake routine, reactive and additional works
• Understanding of Health and Safety

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Trade/City and Guilds Qualification or equivalent
• Use of CAFM systems
• Previous people management/ supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years of Building Services experience
• Microsoft Office Literate
• Client liaison experience
• Logbook Management
