As theMobile Plumbing Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMobile Plumbing Engineer,will be responsible for:

• Maintain and repair ventilation, heating, cooling, and water systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and report defects.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures.
• Perform manual tasks, including manual handling and working at heights.
• Participate in the On-Call Rota for out-of-hours support.
• Use mobile devices for job tracking and reporting

To be successful for this Mobile Plumbing Engineerrole you must have:

• Experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management.
• Relevant qualifications (C&G Level 3/5, NVQ, or HNC).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (ventilation, heating, cooling, water).
• Full, valid driving license.
• IT literate and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to join the On-Call Rota.
