Join a leading Software House as an Office Manager. This role offers extensive work-from-home options and involves overseeing administrative functions, including accounting and invoicing tasks. 

Responsibilities

Manage office operations for efficiency and organisation, providing comprehensive accountancy support. Utilise strong IT skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft applications to streamline processes. Communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrating commercial acumen, attention to detail, and confidence in written and verbal communications. Thrive under pressure, contribute positively to team dynamics, and take a proactive approach to office management. This is a highly varied role, with the successful Office Manager expected to pick up a wide range of tasks at short notice.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in an office-based administrative role, ideally as an Office Manager.

  • Previous experience working as an Office Manager within an SME environment

  • Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices and purchase orders, and using accounting software. 

  • Knowledge of financial principles, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office required. 

  • Confident and professional communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and proactive approach to responsibilities. 

  • Collaboration within a team and independently. 

  • Possessing a full UK driver’s licence.
