We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Assistant to join our team on a short-term temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be a key player in providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, managing appointments, and performing light PA duties. Day to day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing queries and providing information as required.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination between clients and the sales team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Perform light PA duties, including managing emails, preparing documents, and assisting with the organisation of the office.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
