Day-to-Day of the Role:- Engage with customers over the phone to promote products/services.
- Utilise persuasive sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Collect and report customer information and sales data.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to provide a positive customer experience.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and close sales.
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
- Experience in collecting and reporting data accurately.
