Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a flexible hybrid role? We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a supportive payroll team, managing high-volume payroll with manual calculations and ensuring accuracy across all processes.Location: Camberley – 1 day per week in the office (post-training)Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)Hours: 8:30am-5pm Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
  • Processing high-volume payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Conducting manual payroll calculations
  • Handling P11D and Benefits in Kind reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
  • Managing payroll queries and providing excellent service to employees
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing (ideally high-volume)
  • Strong understanding of manual payroll calculations
  • Experience with P11D and Benefits-in-Kind is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
