- Managing the end-to-end payroll process for 4,000 employees on both weekly and monthly pay schedules
- Processing statutory deductions such as tax and National Insurance
- Handling P11D processing and Benefit-in-kind (BIK) reporting
- Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Managing employee queries regarding pay, tax, and benefits
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data
- Supporting year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll reporting to HMRC
- Previous experience in managing end-to-end payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax regulations
- Experience with P11D and Benefit in Kind processes
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
