We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant in various areas related to employment and self-employment. You will manage risk and review contracts.

Key Responsibilities for a Compliance Advisor

  1. Evaluate, identify, and report any areas of concern or non-compliance.
  2. Review and maintain Terms and Conditions.
  3. Review Assignment Details to ensure compliance.
  4. Support and manage the inbox.
  5. Assist in onboarding and ensure their smooth integration.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support ongoing compliance efforts.
  7. Respond to contractual queries.
  8. Communicate with third parties on various compliance matters.
  9. Ensure that workers are paid or terminated in line with agreed policies.
  10. Record and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with set standards.
  11. Adhere strictly to the company’s Quality Management System and internal policies.

Key Requirements for a Compliance Advisor

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Degree - Business / Law - desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and manage risks.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a compliance, administrative, or legal role would be advantageous.
