Role: Project Manager
Location: Farnborough (Laboratory Site) with flexibility for remote work
Duration: 6 months (to align with the onboarding of a new contract)
Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Hours: Open to reduced hours for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to lead and manage key workstreams across multiple projects.
The role will focus on:
- Lab refit: Experience in commercial refit projects is desirable, but experience in lab-specific fitouts is not essential.
- IT Development: Overseeing the integration and implementation of IT systems.
- Contract Management: Managing contracts and vendor relationships.
- Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety standards on site.
Skills and Experience:
- A recognised project management qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex projects.
- Experience managing workstreams related to lab or commercial refits, IT development, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Location and Working Arrangement:
- This role is based in a laboratory in Farnborough. You will be expected to work on-site for 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
Rate:
We are offering a competitive rate of £400 per day (Outside IR35) for the duration of the project.
