The Role:
As a Fee Earner within the team, you’ll be a key part of a renowned Residential Property team, handling a broad and complex caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
With nearly 200 staff, the firm offers an engaging environment that focuses on your professional growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling all conveyancing documentation.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing timely legal advice, addressing client queries, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Contributing to team development and identifying areas for process improvement.
