Senior Lettings Manager - Camberley Branch

Responsibilities:路Establish the largest active market share among agents in the area路Maximise revenues and expand the property register as the primary instruction taker for the branch路Cultivate exceptional client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals路Optimise branch profit, achieving all financial targets路Lead team performance through regular evaluations, reviews, and morning meetings路Drive results through effective team management, action planning, and plan execution
Ideal Candidate:路Prior experience in lettings at management level and customer service is essential路Target-driven and tenacious with a track record of proven achievements路Proficient in team management, fostering effectiveness within a team路Motivated and consistently enthusiastic路Upholds high service and presentation standards路Strong organisational skills and innovative market growth strategies路Must possess a car, full driving license, and business use insurance路Legal right to work in the UK
