Our client an award-winning, well-known brand independent Estate Agent, are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their office in Farnborough. With a rich heritage and strong local knowledge, they have been established for over 30 years, with their success built on a foundation of integrity, professionalism and commitment to ensuring every client’s specific needs are met. The successful candidate must be friendly, customer focused and an excellent team player. You will have the opportunity to progress up through the company at a fast pace, as they invest heavily in their staff, so you must be motivated and ambitious. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary package and benefits of this Sales Negotiator role include:

  • Basic £20,000 - £22,000
  • OTE £40,000 DOE

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator include:

  • Building relationships with new clients
  • Helping vendors and landlords to sell or let their property and purchasers to find a new home
  • Providing regular updates of new property onto the market
  • Accompanying clients to viewings and acting upon any feedback provided
  • Ensure that all of our vendors are provided with a high standard of service and selling or letting their property at the right price
  • Working towards individual and team targets

The skills required for the role of Sales Negotiator include:

  • At least 1 year's previous experience
  • Good written and verbal communication and customer facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven and dynamic
  • Energy, enthusiasm and ambition
  • Ability to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Well presented
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
