An independent agency with a great reputation behind them is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales candidate to join their team in the Farnborough area.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency and will need to be able to carry out:
- Accompanying viewings.
- Have an eye for identifying new business opportunities to include property valuations & viewings.
- Phoning out mailshots to create business.
- Comfortable servicing & supporting Vendors & Buyers.
- Servicing local sellers not yet on the market and on the market with other agencies.
- Obtaining and communicating feedback to Vendors in a timely manner as well as providing further advice.
- Efficiently progressing sales and updating Vendors & Buyers.
- Ensuring marketing materials are correct & up to date in the office.
You will need to be a driven, well presented and a fantastic team player. Great oral and written communication skills are a must as well as being comfortable using the main Microsoft office package tools. Your own road worthy car is also essential for this position.Dependant on experience, a basic salary package of £22,000 - £25,000 is available with an OTE circa £30,000 - £35,000 .
