- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Maximise revenue and drive growth through new business development and maintaining current client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of property management, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery
- Mentor and develop the lettings team, setting targets and ensuring their professional growth
- Conduct market appraisals, securing new instructions, and advising landlords on market trends
- Maintain and enhance relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure full compliance with property laws and regulations
- Work closely with senior management to strategise and implement business growth plans
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior lettings role, with proven success in business development and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of the lettings market and current regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with ease
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
