With a strong presence in the Surrey area, we’re known for our deep local knowledge and commitment to excellence in lettings and property management. Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Manager to lead and develop our thriving lettings department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven manager with a passion for property and leadership, looking to make an impact in a reputable and independent agency. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to grow the business while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
  • Maximise revenue and drive growth through new business development and maintaining current client relationships
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery
  • Mentor and develop the lettings team, setting targets and ensuring their professional growth
  • Conduct market appraisals, securing new instructions, and advising landlords on market trends
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensure full compliance with property laws and regulations
  • Work closely with senior management to strategise and implement business growth plans
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior lettings role, with proven success in business development and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings market and current regulations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with ease
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
