Our Client is looking to bring on board a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to manage all recruitment and HR-related activities within the organisation.

The Client transforms ideas into unforgettable display experiences. Working with B2B clients and agencies we turn their ideas into amazing exhibition stands, conference sets and experiential activations – working from design to installation.

The Role:

As the Recruitment and HR Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the market. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for a seasoned HR professional looking to balance work with other commitments.

You will be supported by an external HR team to ensure we comply with all current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Recruitment:

o Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.

o Review and shortlist job applicants.

o Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.

o Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.

· HR Documentation Management:

o Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.

o Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.

· General Support:

o Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within Tecna UK.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

· Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail
