Recruitment Consultant

Seeking a delivery recruiter or a 360 recruitment consultant open to learning a new sector - Property & Estate Agency

Our client runs a busy agency with a small team of dynamic professionals. The ideal candidate will be a hungry and determined to succeed. They will teach you all there is to know about property and estate agency recruitment. They have between 50-60 live permanent roles to work at any one time. The position pays 10% of the placement value for any candidate you source and directly place with them. The commission increases to 20% if you also find the client role and go on to fill the job.

They work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. There is on site parking and a great training scheme to allow you to develop into a successful recruiter

Salary is between £20-25k depending on experience.

I will consider good sales people or someone who can demonstrate excellent sales skills, have a passion for recruitment and love to learn
