Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team in Camberley.We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, growing and developing relationships with customers and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies. Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide our services to businesses and candidates across the UK, negotiating terms of business, securing long term partnerships and sourcing the best talent for our clients.Skills Aptitude:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience within a recruitment environment 
  • Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines
  • Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Proactive and a self- starter
  • Previous recruitment experience
Duties
  • Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service
  • Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates
  • Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience
  • To support the resourcing team with expertise in best candidate attraction methods
