Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Farnborough

25k-30k per annum (DOE) OTE 50K-60K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Proven resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Has a can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
