Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Farnborough

25k-30k per annum (DOE) OTE 40K-60K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone new to join this thriving team, stepping into a warm desk and established network from day one. Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
  • Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
  • Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations

  • Proven resourcer or sales professional or someone who has worked towards deadlines or in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
