Job Description:
As a Mobile Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles at various locations. Your role is crucial in delivering convenient and reliable automotive services directly to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Conduct routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance needs to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Keep detailed records of all services performed and parts used.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or Mobile Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
