Due to our continued success, we now require an additional Paint and Resurfacing Operative to join our wider production and repairs teams. Working Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm with free parking onsite and 25 days holiday we can offer weekly pay initially and the opportunity to join a successful company.
We specialise in buying, refurbishing, selling and repairing small electrical equipment that we then sell and despatch to our commercial clients across the UK and Overseas. Mainly working B2B with a high focus on quality and customer service. We are the UK leaders in our field and have achieved this through teamwork and an attention to detail with efficiency and the customer's needs in mind.

The purpose of the Paint and Resurfacing Operative is to be an integral part of the team that resurfaces equipment to a high standard.

Key Functions of the resurface team:
Surface preparation (sanding, sand-blasting)
Paint preparation (cleaning, masking)
Spray painting (primer, colour, lacquer)
To do so efficiently, accurately and to the standards required

Other Responsibilities:
Health & Safety - Make sure work areas are always safe.
Housekeeping, maintain a clean working environment.
Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

You should have previous relevant experience gained ideally within a role that required paint, resurfacing, spraying or similar duties. Any experience with small parts assembly is also of interest. You should also have the below:
Good manual dexterity(parts can be small)
Good eyesight (fine detail and high quality finish)
Be able to work as part of a team
Detail focussed with the ability to adapt to new processes.
The ability to work well under the pressure of busy periods.
Reliable and consistent
