Job Description: Plot Sales Assistant - New Build Team

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an award-winning New Build team, known for excellence, collaboration, and commitment to providing full-service legal guidance for businesses, families, and individuals. Who are currently seeking a Plot Sales Assistant to support their Fee Earners and manage Plot Running casework in their thriving Farnborough office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded and progressive department, where growth and strong relationships are at the heart of everything.
Key Responsibilities
As a Plot Sales Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the smooth progression of client transactions, including:
- Managing correspondence with clients via email and telephone, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborating with Fee Earners on client files to progress transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Taking responsibility for your own case load from initial instructions to exchange of contracts alongside the relevant Fee Earner.
- Reviewing client paperwork, carrying out ID checks, and finalising the onboarding process.
- Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements at all times.:
- Ordering searches and reporting to clients, lenders, and Help to Buy.
- Liaising with lenders regarding mortgage offers.
- Exchanging contracts with Developer’s solicitors.
- Coordinating with Seller’s solicitors and Developers to provide updates on file progression.
- Attending site visits when required to assist with departmental growth and relationship building.
