Key Responsibilities- Provide Personal Care: Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Emotional & Practical Support: Offer emotional support, companionship, and practical assistance to individuals with diverse needs.
- Care Plans: Follow individual care plans and ensure they are tailored to meet the specific needs of service users.
- Monitoring: Observe and record service users' physical and emotional health, reporting any changes or concerns to the team leader or management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assisting with Activities: Engage and support service users with daily activities, both inside and outside the home.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but not essential.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Skills: Good communication, empathy, and a caring attitude.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with the physical aspects of care.
- Flexibility: Available to work on a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
