About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our clients care home in Farnborough. This role involves working within a supported living environment for young adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Your support will make a real difference in their lives, helping them build independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to residents in their day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Help to foster a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Support individuals with community involvement and social activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during shifts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in working with learning disabilities and mental health.
