LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Enhanced Learning Provision for children with Autism and Complex Communication Needs.

We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work with children in an environment where the curriculum and teaching is tailored to enhance learning for children with Autism and Complex Communication Needs. At the school, they embrace a collaborative and customised approach to their provision and aim to provide children with the most positive educational experiences, enabling all children to participate in and enjoy learning, taking account of their specific strengths and needs.

You will be working with children in the Primary phase where you will work 1-1 with a child that needs support and encouragement in the classroom. You will also be involved in small group activities and play.
