Description

  • Accurately complete price benchmarking projects to support business growth and secure new business.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding product information as needed.
  • Create clearly formatted benchmark reports summarizing results.
  • Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers and key stakeholders.
  • Extract and interpret data, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data analysis.
  • Contribute to cost savings, add value, and support ongoing contract performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and support clients, escalating urgent queries/issues as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies, procedures, and policies.
  • Create and manage new supplier and client accounts in the database.
  • Ensure all departmental processes are recorded and updated.
  • Communicate and agree on new processes with the line manager, keeping key stakeholders informed.
