Description
- Accurately complete price benchmarking projects to support business growth and secure new business.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding product information as needed.
- Create clearly formatted benchmark reports summarizing results.
- Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing analysis and reports to Account Managers and key stakeholders.
- Extract and interpret data, presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data analysis.
- Contribute to cost savings, add value, and support ongoing contract performance.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and support clients, escalating urgent queries/issues as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Create and manage new supplier and client accounts in the database.
- Ensure all departmental processes are recorded and updated.
- Communicate and agree on new processes with the line manager, keeping key stakeholders informed.
