- Coordinate and arrange all aspects of travel for UHNW principals, including private flights, ground transportation (chauffeur-driven cars), hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and any special requests during travel.
- Plan and organise complex itineraries for both business and personal trips, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. This includes managing international travel logistics, layovers, time zones, and travel preferences.
- Assist the Executive PA team by taking on travel and administrative tasks as required, including making and adjusting arrangements, managing itineraries, and coordinating with relevant vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage itineraries for the Executive PA team, ensuring all details are accurate and that any changes are made promptly and effectively.
