A unique practice is seeking an additional team member who aspires to become part of the Senior Leadership team. They offer a 30-hour working week (with full-time pay), excellent holiday benefits, and a rare opportunity to have input into decisions for the practice. This new role reflects their impressive year-on-year growth, which exceeds 50% annually.

They also provide a fully staffed compliance team, allowing you to focus on reviewing, undertaking complex work, and other client-facing activities.

You might currently be working in general practice, a mid-tier firm,alternatively, you may have moved to commerce and are now seeking a new challenge where you can see how your input accelerates the profits and success of both the practice and your clients.

Commitment and communication skills are essential in this role, where you will:

Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships, and small limited companies.

  • Discuss and answer clients’ queries relating to the company and directors’ finances.
  • Prepare financial and management accounts, cash flows, and tailored reporting.
  • Assist clients seeking funding or changes to financial providers.
  • Support, manage, or implement clients’ supplier and credit processes.
  • Undertake complex accounting personally.
  • Review transactional accounts and bookkeeping.
  • Oversee payrolls.
  • Review and input tax calculations.
  • Implement systems improvements and train client staff on the use of Xero.
