As Audit RI you will be responsible for ensuring that audit are carried out to the highest standard by the team, from effective planning thought to completion and sign off.

As Audit Associate Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the firm’s Farnham office, with the aim of managing and growing a varied portfolio of audit clients
  • Proactively networking and engaging in marketing activities to win audit consultancy work
  • Work closely with the Directors and the audit team to ensure the firm provides a full range of high-quality audit services to clients
  • Measure and monitor the division’s KPIs
  • Alongside the Head of Audit, create and implement an audit business strategy, consulting and drawing upon the expertise of the Board
  • Plan and manage the work being delivered by the Audit team in Farnham
  • Line manage and develop staff in the audit team

  • Demonstrable experience of audit - minimum of 5-7 years’ UK audit experience, gained within a UK accountancy practice environment - ideally this would be within a mid-tier firm
  • Significant experience in managing an audit team
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and proven success in business development
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in leading client/business development seminars
  • Highly commercial approach
