TPF Recruitment, Surrey's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, are currently supporting an excellent firm of accountants.
Here there is a great opportunity for a Senior Bookkeeper to work for a top accountancy practice based in the Farnham area. This role would best suit an experienced bookkeeper looking for either a part-time or full-time role.Â
You'll be required to be client facing and manage the bookkeeping team, as well as complete transactional work as necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- management of a portfolio of clients' day to day bookkeeping
- managing and mentoring junior bookkeepers as required
- ad hoc visits to clients, and regular contact via email, phone etc
This role is best suited to an experienced bookkeeper who has worked within an accountancy practice. You must have 2-3 years' experience within accountancy practice to be considered for this role.
Experience using Xero is only essential, and Xero certification is appreciated.
Softer skills required include a 'can do' attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing great client care.
