This company offers the chance to be part of their profit-share scheme, enhancing your salary package.This newly established company designs, manufactures, and installs acoustic internal glazed partition solutions across the UK, with the majority of their work based in London and the South East.In this role, you will oversee and optimise operational processes for their projects using the company's internal software. You will work closely with Project Managers, ensuring efficient stock management and supplier coordination to guarantee the timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and problem-solving skills to support the successful delivery of their projects.This role would be ideal for an Operations Assistant or similar, looking for a company that offers excellent training opportunities through external courses, private healthcare and progression opportunities.The Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on stock usage for each project, ensuring efficient inventory control
  • Initiate projects using the company's internal software
  • Raise purchase orders, ensuring materials are sourced efficiently and delivered on schedule
  • General office tasks, such as attending meetings, managing incoming calls, and ordering office supplies
  • Prepare and distribute a weekly delivery schedule
  • Assist Project Managers in day to day tasks
  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

The Person:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge of building and construction processes would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
