***FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR***Due to business growth we are on the hunt for a talented IFA Administrator to join our client's administrative team. You will need at least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support. This is a great opportunity for LP2 or CII qualified candidates. Note this is a permanent full-time opportunity however candidates who meet the criteria and are seeking part-time hours will also be considered. Salary from £28K + benefitsKey responsibilities for the Financial Services Administrator include,

  • Liaising with policy providers for policy details and obtaining policy illustrations
  • Processing new business applications, tracking to completion
  • Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs
  • Responding to email enquiries and liaising directly with clients
  • Sending prepared investment information and reports to clients
  • Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines

The ideal Financial Services Administrator will need,

  • At least a year's financial services administration experience ideally in client and advisor support
  • LP2 or CII qualifications advantageous
  • Professional verbal/written communication skills essential
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Confident interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
