We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Operations Manager to oversee and improve our clients' daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, developing efficient workflows, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and optimal productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Lead and support the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Insurance as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management and business software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Cert CII qualified as a minimum
