Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes and optimal productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Lead and support the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Insurance as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management and business software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Cert CII qualified as a minimum
